Wow, the list for this particular broadcast is all sorts of messed up; even in the Fanatic! book. There are five songs missing and one that I didn't hear at all:
Between Link Wray and Gen-X: Lemmy of Motörhead sings Black Flag's "Thirsty and Miserable" from the Rise Above comp.
Between Chuck Berry and Ketty Lester: The Buttocks doing a song that Henry didn't mention the title of (not that I heard, at least).
The Nick Cave song was the one I didn't hear at all, but before the Kim Salmon song, there was The Makeup with "They Live By Night" and Miriam Makeba with "Ha Po Zamani.
Also, Henry ended the show with Black Flag's "Revenge."
Hope that info helped. :)
I totally forgot to mention the Fela Kuti song, "Viva Nigeria" that Henry played in the beginning before Trouble Funk. Silly me, haha.
Thanks for all the info! I'll get it updated this week.
You're welcome! :) Oh, and I was wrong before about the last song after De La Soul. It was actually Tom Araya singing Black Flag's "Revenge," off the Rise Above compilation.
