Ten whole days between shows.... maybe I'll knit a scarf. Wait, I live in Florida. Damn. I'll just have to go see a spoken word show instead!

I read the set list as a commentary on the move to ghettoize the interesting shows on Indie to the weekends.
( Dread scott, Watusi rodeo, Passport approved, Rollins, Complete Control, Local ,reggae, suicide girls, Chaos etc )
They tried to move Rollins show once before and that didnt work but with sib having to move to 10-12 on Saturdays the end of Indie is nigh.

I'm glad to see Passport Approved and Complete Control made the cut. I hope the station as a whole gets back to its indie roots but it does seem like the schedule is increasingly out of touch and based on corporate formula. I know it's a business, but some things don't work well by formulas. That's my 2 cents anyway.

The knitting would go very quickly if I made a thong or string bikini, but then I'd have to be wary of cats.

Julian,
The benefits of keeping up the site far outweighs the cost. I appreciate the idea though, thanks!

If it was necessary, I'd gladly chip in a few bucks to keep this site running!

Angela, I'm so glad you are keeping up this site, I live in Europe and wouldn't be able to listen to any shows otherwise cause I'm either sleeping when it's aired on Tuesday's or working during the rerun on Friday's. love ya for it!!!

Thank you! It came out a bit too big so I just changed it slightly. I made it a little smaller and added a reflection of the globe.

This was a random, spur of the moment thing.

Yes, Angela. Thanks for continuing the recordings.

I had to laugh out loud when I saw what Henry had put on the Harmony site about maybe finding a "Rollins Archive" on the internet somewhere....Huh!..ya think?!

That was his way of saying you've got his back for the listeners without actually promoting the fact that there are no commercials...which is how Indie stays alive. Not much longer, it appears, if they screw up programming so that nobody listens.

I sure am going to miss my Tuesday Musical Respite, nonetheless.
