November 15, 2008

Sorry everyone, my recordings didn't turn out this week. Everything looked fine while it was rolling but the file only has 17 minutes of the first hour and 14 minutes of the second hour. Oddly, it's not the beginning minutes of each section. I'm checking around to see who's got another recording. Usually there are at least two other recordings out there so I think we'll be able to get something up. Hang tight!

In the meantime I'll try upgrading my software and if that doesn't work I'll use something else altogether. Any suggestions for software would be appreciated.

UPDATED 11/16/2008: Thanks to Stuart & Debi we've got recordings! There was only one break for ads so there's only 2 parts to the show.

No worries, Angela. You go above and beyond the call every week. Whatever you do for those of us on other errands on a Sat night, nobody has call to complain. The track list is enough in a pinch. RIP, Miriam Makeba & Mitch Mitchell. We're all suffering from "pre-death" that so far doesn't have a pharmacological treatment other than getting up in the morning and checking the recordings. Thanks for all you do.
