Skrewdriver?
I know he justifies his choice but not convinced at all.
I'm a person of mixed race and it doesn't bother me at all that he played Skrewdriver. There's nothing racist in Henry, so I trust any choice he'd make in what he wants to play on the show. But that's just my opinion.
Hi Tara Thanks so much for putting these shows online. I am a huge Henry fan, and I live in Japan with a 16 hour time difference, so the show is on from 1-3 p.m, every Wednesday I forget to set up my mac to record the show while I'm at work. Now, no problem! and you cut out those annoying advertisements that make me want a kill. Did I thank you already, thank you so much, Ed
Not saying he's racist just don't agree with giving Skrewdriver some airplay.
Thanks as usual Tara.
Well, He played Skrewdriver in 2004 and explained they took a very wrong turn and his playing them doesn't make him racist or him supporting racist views.
Some very confused people can produce wonderful art. In some ways the art can be even more beautiful due to the confusion that it has with their later madness. Is Van Gogh's work less wonderful because he was a stalker who cut off his ear and sent it to his gal? Would I go to a current show of Skrewdriver? no. But listening to good music is something so simple that it's not worth complicating.
