The recording of tonight's show is kind of crap. The stream sucked for some reason. The ads cut off something Henry was saying. Another time the music barely finishes and we get ads. This weird thing where it came back from the break and you can hear Henry's voice really low and top of that Henry's voice starts up happens, too. I think that's at the beginning of Part Three. Sucks. And I hate giving it to you like this. So...I'm putting out a special call. If you recorded the show off terrestrial radio and not the stream, and you'd like to donate it to the archive, please let me know and I will update this space with a higher quality recording. Until then...

I have it but it kind of sucked here as well.
It started late. Then i had to wander off while the Jazz was on :-). When i came back
The Moronics just finished, i think ,but that stupid lap dance advert was all over Henry talking .
Then Henry stopped for ads that mixed in with the other ads for a bit.
The last 30 or so minutes were okay though.
Maybe worth waiting for the rebroadcast.
I will give it a listen tomorrow ( maybe even the jazz part ) and see if it is any better.I doubt it though.
Typical indie screwup , they just dont care.
Okay just listened to it. Thank you fast forward and the over the air is screwed as well.
Starting late seems to have thrown all the ad timings out.
Then they must have had 2 1 hour recordings as the first hour runs into the second hour along with the ads.
A complete mess . So much for the ultra rare track that was stomped over as well.
It all goes well from the B52s on though.
Wow. I wouldn't have thought the terrestrial broadcast would be fucked up, too. I figured it was just the stream because that's a few minutes behind the actual broadcast, anyhow.

Freak'n amazing that someone knows which Miles Davis songs to play. I mean not even 88.1 can figure it out. Thanks my bitch, I mean you don't mind I call you "My bitch" now do you my bitch!
Well.... i recorded the repeat and ... the same problems. Overlapping music and talking and adverts. Time to just let this one go as a failure.

I have never been able to catch a repeat on the stream since the show came back. I wonder if it even runs on the stream. It always seems to be playing something other than the show when I try to go on.
I hate to say this but if they screwed up the first taped show they are probably going to screw them all up.
At least the mess was in slightly different places than the original broadcast but still just a mess. I can send you all i have if you want.
Wasnt the whole point of the repeat to let people who couldnt get to listen at 8pm Tuesday Pacific to listen which implies the stream should work ?
Does nobody listen to it at the repeat time ?
I grabbed the stream as well but have not listened to it at all.

I have just got my hands on 19 episodes of Henry's Tv show and one final one to go next week which i hope to get my hands on as it features Rollins Band as the guest band with the original members as they go back on the road this month.
So if anyone is interested in trading, but for the moment i will only trade with someone who can get their hands on the Henry Rollins Film Corner from last year. Sorry but i am going to be hard about this as i went to a lot of trouble to get this years show in excellent TV quality. All shows should come to fill 4.7gb DVD.

each night is 20minutes with a guest and one artist sings a song. Also some ranting from Henry, very funny flash cartoons featuring Henry and band introductions from Henrys sexy side kick Heidi May (she is a lot cuter than Henry tells us).
Has anyone been to see the band on tour, I arrive in NY the day before he plays Orlando and am so tempted to fly down as i don't know if he will be playing UK or Ireland yet.
So you know what you have to do. Get your hands on last years series for me!

Yes I have seen 3 of the California concert dates all ready and they are not to be missed. Now that I'm back home in Florida I'll be seeing the show in Tampa/St. Pete at my favorite venue. I'm considering going to the one in Orlando, but it's a 2.5 hour drive home for me so I might not(still deciding). Riverboat Gamblers is a great, high-energy band so make sure to get there in time to see their opening set, too. X is also a great band to see, so my advice is this: If you can do, go for it. If you want a teaser check out Tara's mailing list section. She was kind enough to upload the video & pictures I took from the show in Costa Mesa. The link is in the latest message. It's not high quality. I was sitting so far back the video is of the giant screens to either side of the stage. The pictures are labeled if they were from the screen or not. As I told Tara; this is a teaser for those who have yet to see the shows. For those who can't it's no more than a crappy quick fix like a whino drinking cough syrup.
