I've been trying to solve the downloading issues some of you have been having, but since I have been unable to recreate the problem for myself it's been difficult for the hosting company's tech support to find any problems. When I run the tests everything comes out fine, but I'm not having any problems for it to trace in the first place! It may be helpful if I can get one of you that is experiencing problems to run the connection trace and see where it's dropping off. I'll try submitting that to tech support and seeing what they say. If you're interested in helping out, please email me and I'll let you know what tests tech support is looking for. It's basically a trace & ping. It's run straight from the command prompt, no software needs to be installed.

A growing number of you have been having problems with the zip files, mp3's or both. I haven't been able to figure out why yet. For some, the files come through very short and re-downloading later works, but for others the files have an "invalid" error and never work at all. I've checked the files on the server and they seem fine. I also checked with the hosting company and there are no server or bandwidth errors that we can find. Anyone have any ideas?
